Training Cirriculum

The Beau Institute offers the full range of training in micropigmentation: from Primary Training for beginners to Advanced Training customized to your specific needs. Each of our programs is an open door to further training and support. You are free to return to observe advanced techniques of an experienced practitioner during client procedures, at no additional charge.

To help keep your energy focused on developing your skills, we offer business start-up guidance free with both Primary and Advanced Training. We share our business systems and paperwork, including all client forms, approved by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP). These include the health questionnaire, informed consent, pre- and post-care instructions, generic brochure, and sample business cards.

Primary Training Program
This course transforms the beginner with no experience into a knowledgeable, skilled micropigmentation practitioner. The five days of training and practice build up to hands-on applications on real clients. The Beau Institute ensures your understanding by limiting the class to just four trainees per instructor. We introduce the novice to four key techniques that enable them to create various effects. The natural, flowing movements they learn set their work apart from the beginning of their careers. The results are truly magnificent.

Our programs meet and exceed the approved standards and requirements of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, American Academy of Micropigmentation, Professional Insurance Brokers, and the Marine Insurance Agency. Set your work apart right from the start with the best training available from the most experienced micropigmentaion center.

Equipment is available for every budget. Rose Marie believes that it is important not to overwhelm primary trainees with more equipment and pigments than they need. Instead, she focuses on a limited number of high-quality medical grade pigments, mastering those pigments, and keeping stress to a minimum.

A Day of Lips
Lip procedures finally made easy. We cover pigment selection, re-shaping, and innovative tools that can transform your anxiety into exhilaration. You will experience three hands-on procedures with specific needle groups and color formulas designed to increase color-holding and minimize touch-ups.

Advanced Eyeliners
Eyeliner applications that resist fading. We show great short cuts and techniques that prevent those lengthy touch-up appointments by resisting shrinkage and excessive fading.

Advanced Brow Techniques
Take the guesswork out of shaping eyebrows. Dimension and natural movement has to be created by utilizing special techniques including hair-by-hair overshading and working with the natural translucency of skin pigment. We teach how to create the most natural brow on even a browless or alopecia client.

Combination of Programs

You can design a combination of these programs to suit your specific needs.
